Conditions of use

All handmade jewelry and bows are authentic and shall not be reproduced by any manufacturer or person.  All pieces are guaranteed new and in exact condition as described and illustrated.   All sales are final, unless damages occurred to items solely due to shipping discrepancies and not damages caused by personal mishaps such as binding or snagging to other objects, or the incorrect storage or wear.   However, we repair pieces at a courtesy or fee upon review with the owner being responsible for shipping.
