**Shipping**

PLEASE NOTE: We deliver and ship on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

We offer USPS 1st Class shipping for all U.S. Orders now usually take 1-3 business days to complete and ship out. We know how important birthdays, portraits and other special occasions are, so if you need your unique bows by a certain date, please let us know and we will try to make it for you!

Tracking number will be sent out when your order is ready to ship. Make sure to track your number for the delivery day. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days from the day the tracking sent out. We will not have any responsibility for any lost package or wrong address when the tracking information confirm delivered.
